Privacy Policy

Statement2Excel processes uploaded bank statement PDFs only to create your preview, Excel file, and CSV file.

Files are processed in memory. We do not store uploaded PDFs, extracted transactions, or statement history in persistent storage.

We never use your financial data for model training. OpenAI requests are used only for the extraction job you start.

Redis stores only quota counters, credit balances, and subscription status. Stripe stores payment records according to Stripe's own policies.
